What can you, as an interested citizen, do to help make the Susquehanna River Rail-Trail a reality? First, we have begun our first fund-raising drive. The money raised will go towards the 20% matching funds requred by our grant. Specifically, locally raised funds will cover part of the property acquisition for phase 1, and will also be used for trail development and improvments, and for the restoration of the Windsor Train Station.
